FieldConnect is proud to announce that the latest version of their Timberline FieldAccess software (v3.4) provides signature capture support for iOS and Android devices such as the iPhone, iPad, and the Samsung Galaxy Tab. Adding to their existing Internet Explorer- and Topaz device-based signature support, this new capability expands the list of supported devices to include most modern mobile devices. By utilizing new web-enabled signature capture mechanisms, FieldAccess allows techs to get a customer signature on the spot without the added overhead of having to install mobile applications and the subsequent download/syncing issues.
