Robert W. Hughes,
Chairman

Mr. Hughes has been the Chairman and CEO since founding the Company in 2002. Mr. Hughes began his career with KPMG, where he spent seven years in the firm’s high technology practice. He was the Senior Vice President and CFO for The Cerplex Group, a $200 million NASDAQ listed depot repair company and CFO, International for MAI Systems, a $450 million revenue NYSE listed computer hardware and software company.

Mr. Hughes has also been an investor in several technology startup companies. Mr. Hughes is a CPA and holds a BA degree and an MBA degree from San Diego State University.
